Residency Application
Thank you for your interest in Love & Care. If you wish to be considered for admission, please complete the following application online. If you prefer to complete a paper application, you can download the application, print it, complete it and return it to us via mail.
Once your completed application is received and reviewed, we will contact you to discuss your eligibility and availability. You are under no obligation to be admitted if your needs have changed since completing the application. However, if you are still interested, a member of our team will move forward with the admission steps to do an evaluation and determine if you meet our criteria for admission.
Fee Information
There is a $500.00 deposit required to hold a room and it is non-refundable. This deposit will hold a room for seven days. Upon admittance to Love & Care, the $500.00 deposit will be deducted from your first month’s room fee. Should you decide you do not want to be admitted, you will forfeit your down payment (no exceptions). You do not have to pay to hold a room to apply for admission. There is also a $350.00 admittance fee which is due on the date of admission.
